Technical Support Specialists

Overview

3DBioCAD is looking for a CAD/CAM Technical Support Specialist. Your job is to train and support our clients on the software and hardware of our CAD/CAM equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with technical support

  • Communicate with manufacturers in order to assist customers

  • Cooperate with management to complete various projects

  • Be able to learn and properly support a variety of CAD/CAM systems

  • Write comprehensive service reports for customer service cases

  • Travel may be required for training purposes

Qualifications

  • Must have 1+ year work experience in technical support

  • Experience with CAD/CAM systems

  • Knowledge of computer systems including, but not limited to: basic navigation with GUI, file manipulation, networking, etc. Primary OS is Windows 7/8

  • Must be willing and eager to work in a team environment

  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal)
